How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Orders take between two to four weeks to be delivered. 

When will I receive an order confirmation?

  • Your order confirmation will be e-mailed to you shortly after the order is successfully completed.

When will I get my tracking number?

  • You will be sent a shipping notification e-mail that includes tracking information once your order ships.

Why didn't all of my items arrive together?

  • In some cases, items are shipped from separate locations. Your items may arrive as part of separate deliveries, and in some cases on different days. If any part of your order exceeds the 2-4 week window, please contact us.

What forms of payment do you accept?

  • At this time we accept Amazon Pay, Paypal, and Shopify Payments by Stripe only.

Why was my order canceled?

  • Inventory is updated on a regular basis. On the rare occasion that your order is processed before updates show that an item is no longer available we will cancel your order. In the rare event that this happens we will be glad to offer a discount code for your next purchase.

Where do you ship?

  • At this time we ship only to the U.S.

How do I return or exchange an item I purchased?

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as they meet the requirements found in our Return Policy. Only items that arrive damaged or incorrectly filled due to our error are eligible for exchange or refund.
